STATS adds SeatGeek as Ticketing Partner for STATS Hosted Solution

Partnership Provides Robust Integration to Help Fans Secure the Best Deals on Sports Tickets

Northbrook, IL and New York, NY – January 16, 2013

SeatGeek, the leading ticket search engine, today announced a partnership with STATS LLC, the world’s leading sports technology, data and content company. SeatGeek’s industry leading ticket search functionality will be an integration option for STATS Hosted Solution, which provides rich sports content for over 100 major publishers in STATS’ worldwide client network.

STATS Hosted Solution™ is a turnkey, on-line sports channel featuring in-depth stats, real-time scoring and premium AP sports content. “We are excited to offer SeatGeek’s ticket search functionality to our publishing clients through this new Hosted Solution integration,” said Greg Kirkorsky, Senior Vice President of Sales at STATS. “We pride ourselves on providing the best possible user experience to our publishers and their readership, and we feel that this partnership underscores that commitment to our users while adding a new revenue stream for STATS Hosted SolutionTM clients.”

This new ticketing integration into the STATS Hosted Solution will draw from SeatGeek’s ticket aggregation platform, which pulls in listings from over 120 ticket sellers online for over 20,000 unique sporting events in North America. Once users navigate to SeatGeek, they will have access to award-winning tools such as SeatGeek’s interactive stadium maps and Deal Score, a proprietary algorithm that grades the value of all ticket listings in a venue on a 1-to-100 scale to help consumers identify the absolute best ticket deals.

“Both SeatGeek and STATS provide world-class tools that enable publishers to better serve their audiences, so it’s thrilling for us to combine forces in this partnership,” said Nihar Singhal, SVP of Business Development and Strategy at SeatGeek.

In addition to ticketing through SeatGeek, the STATS Hosted Solution allows publishers to offer e-commerce integrations for licensed merchandise and memorabilia as a complement to the scoreboard, statistics, box scores and AP content provided via the STATS Hosted Solution.
